CSRs are responsible for guiding new clients through portal setup, document collection, credit monitoring enrollment, and service agreement completion.

SmartCredit Setup Instructions

Billing Date Setup Scripts

Common Onboarding Delays and How to Handle Them

Delay ReasonAction Client has not submitted documents after 3 daysSend gentle reminder SMS. Offer to help if they are having trouble uploading. SmartCredit enrollment incompleteResend signup link. Offer to walk them through it on a call if needed. Service agreement not signed after 48 hoursResend portal link with specific instructions on where to find the agreement. Client does not have Social Security cardAccept 2 proof of address documents as an alternative. Client has MFSN instead of SmartCreditProceed with MFSN if they already paid. Recommend switching at next billing cycle.
