Referral Bonus Program

Program Overview

Crowned Credit's referral bonus program rewards clients who refer others to the service. This is an earned bonus paid out upon the referred client's successful enrollment and first payment.

How It Works

1. Existing client refers a friend, family member, or contact to Crowned Credit
2. The new client enrolls and completes their first payment
3. The referring client becomes eligible for the referral bonus
4. Billing processes the bonus payout

CSR Process — When Client Mentions a Referral

1. Ask: "Who referred you?" and note the referring client's name
2. Log in GHL contact notes: "Referred by: [NAME] — [DATE]"
3. Tag the referring client's GHL record with: "Referral submitted — [REFERRED CLIENT NAME]"
4. Once new client's first payment clears, notify Billing to process the bonus
5. Billing processes the bonus to the referring client
6. CSR notifies the referring client: "Great news — your referral bonus has been processed!"

Referral Tracking — GHL Fields

• Custom field: "Referred By" — fill in on new client's contact record
• Custom field: "Referral Status" — options: Pending / Qualified / Paid
• Add note to referring client's record when bonus is triggered and paid

Common Referral Script

"By the way [Name], did you know we have a referral program? If you know anyone who could benefit from credit repair — friends, family, coworkers — and they sign up with us, you earn a referral bonus. No limit on how many people you can refer. The best way to say thank you is usually a great testimonial too — would you be open to sharing your experience?"
